We are currently looking for: Project Manager (m/f/d) Pipeline or Civil Engineering in Bremen

Our partner is a medium-sized construction company seeking a dedicated Project Manager in Civil Engineering (m/f/d) who enjoys taking responsibility and managing construction projects independently.

Your future area of responsibility

• Independent management, organization, and control of construction projects in civil and pipeline engineering
• Communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Preparation of calculations, offers, and contract documents
• Implementation of construction site controlling as well as monitoring of construction execution
• Preparation and negotiation of supplementary claims
• Project planning, preparation, and documentation of all construction measures
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships and establishment of new contacts

Your profile

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the construction and project business, ideally in civil or pipeline engineering
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
• Basic English skills in speaking and writing
• Class B driver's license
