Job Responsibilities Plan and prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts and production requirements. Coordinate with the Production, Procurement, Warehouse/Receiving and R&D teams to ensure smooth production planning. Review production requirements and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and raw material requirements. Check raw material and packaging material availability and coordinate with Procurement for replenishment when required. Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available for upcoming production. Coordinate production schedules according to manpower, machine capacity and production priorities. Follow up on daily production progress and adjust production plans when there are changes in orders, material availability or production capacity. Coordinate with the relevant departments on urgent orders, production changes and material shortages. Maintain accurate production planning records, schedules and reports. Assist in monitoring production efficiency, material usage and wastage. Support the implementation and improvement of production planning processes. Job Requirements Diploma or relevant qualification in Food Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in production planning, central kitchen, food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred. Experience in planning production based on customer orders and raw material availability will be an advantage. Good understanding of inventory, BOM and material requirements. Good coordination and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and handle changes in production requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCount systems is an advantage. Able to work independently and follow up closely with different departments. Comfortable working in a central kitchen/food manufacturing environment and interacting closely with production staff. May be required to enter food production areas and follow all food hygiene, safety and GMP requirements , including wearing the required protective attire. Able to work closely with production staff and respond promptly to urgent production or material requirements.
