About the company
A leading company in cleaning and self-care products for cars and motorcycles is looking for a Branding and Packaging Design Leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and branding, passionate about creativity, innovation, and brand building. As a professional, you will face the challenge of autonomously leading branding projects, art direction, brand architecture, and packaging design for our business lines: SIMONIZ, BINNER, and TITAN.
Your tasks
- Define graphic identities and brand manuals for new launches.
- Lead branding, art direction, and packaging design projects.
- Supervise deliveries from the design team.
- Coordinate external agencies and freelancers.
- Present and support graphic proposals to shareholders.
- Evaluate economic proposals from agencies and freelancers.
- Research trends and consumer behavior.
- Incorporate generative AI tools into the creative process.
Requirements
- Professional in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related careers.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and branding.
- Experience in art direction, branding, and packaging design.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Proficiency in specialized design software and generative AI.
- Knowledge of trends and consumer analysis.
- Excellent communication and ability to support proposals.
- English B1 or higher.
- Minimum education: Postgraduate / Specialization
