Main functional links: Administrative and Financial Director, General Management

• Establishment of dashboards:
• sales reports (weekly, monthly turnover) with margin analysis by customer
• production reports: efficiency, machine occupancy rate, waste percentage
• statistics: energy, raw material consumption, transport costs
• ad hoc analyses.
• Participation in budget construction
• consolidation of the sales budget with sales managers
• calculation of material consumption
• calculation of the maintenance and transport budget
• Monitoring of the maintenance budget and re-invoicing
• Calculation of quotes, control of offers and customer contracts
• Valuation of finished product stocks, cost prices, annual inventory
• Monthly allocation of charges by cost center
• Participation in the group's monthly financial reporting
