Senior Purchasing Officer (English Communication)

1. Execute the procurement of raw materials related to electronic parts and components, including packaging materials for production.
2. Inquire and compare prices, and negotiate prices and terms with Suppliers.
3. Prepare and process PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) documents accurately.
4. Follow up on the delivery of raw materials and goods to ensure they meet schedules, and coordinate when delivery issues arise.
5. Prepare and compile data for annual Supplier evaluation.
6. Coordinate with Suppliers and relevant internal departments.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Working days: Monday - Friday Working hours: 8.00 - 18.00 Holidays: Sunday and traditional public holidays

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in procurement of raw materials related to electronic components will be given special consideration. Experience in factory procurement. Good negotiation skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
