Pusher / Field Supervisor - Simba Services, LLC (Midland, TX) About Us Simba Services is a Midland-based oilfield service company working for operators across the Permian Basin. We handle vacuum truck work, roustabout and site services, weed control, and lease and pad work. We're a small, hard-working crew that takes care of our people and our customers. The Job We're hiring an experienced Pusher to run day-to-day field operations. You'll lead crews and trucks, keep jobs safe and on schedule, and be the main point of contact for company men on location. What You'll Do

• Dispatch and supervise crews and drivers on multiple jobs across the Permian
• Work directly with operator company men to plan and complete work
• Enforce safety rules: JSAs, tailgate meetings, PPE, and a zero-incident culture
• Make sure tickets, timesheets, and job paperwork are complete and accurate every day
• Keep trucks and equipment inspected, maintained, and ready to roll
• Train and mentor newer hands
• Solve problems on location and keep the office in the loop

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of oilfield experience, with at least 1 year as a pusher, crew lead, or supervisor
• Strong knowledge of vac truck, roustabout, or lease work
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred
• SafeLand, H2S, and First Aid/CPR (or willing to get them)
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Comfortable with long hours, on-call work, and West Texas weather
• Clear communicator who can text, email, and use a smartphone for tickets and photos
