Your area of responsibility

• Timely customer order planning for the picking warehouse
• Order advising to the customer
• Procurement and coordination of transport capacities for freight forwarding shipments
• Creation of shipping documents for freight forwarding shipments
• Compliance with customer-specific shipping regulations
• Coordination of the required transport capacities in procurement

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have experience in a similar position
• You have good MS-Office skills as well as experience in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP
• You are characterized by very good organizational and planning skills as well as an independent way of working
• You have a confident and communicative appearance as well as teamwork skills
• You have good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are desirable
