Civil Engineer – Renovation & Technical Management Projects

Simantro Resort, a seaside hotel complex in Halkidiki, is seeking an Experienced Civil Engineer to take charge of the coordination and supervision of the complex's renovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, organization, and supervision of renovation projects.
• Coordination of contractors, crews, and suppliers.
• Management of schedules, budgets, and construction quality.
• Checking of quantity take-offs, measurements, and work certifications.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, legislation, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaboration with architects, mechanical engineers, decorators, and Management for project implementation.
• Searching for technical solutions that improve quality, reduce costs, and accelerate the implementation of works.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (University).
• Professional license.
• At least 5 years of experience in renovation projects, construction, and technical management of similar scale.
• Very good knowledge of site organization and crew coordination. (Desirable experience in Hotel renovations)
• Experience in managing and drafting or checking budgets, technical offers, and schedules.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Driver's license.
