SENIOR SALES ARCHITECT
SENIOR RETAIL DESIGN & FIT-OUT PROJECT LEAD Singapore | Full-Time Profloorz International Pte Ltd / Ideall Group We are looking for an experienced Retail Design & Fit-Out Project Lead to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the complete journey of a retail project — from concept and design through BOQ, costing, procurement, manufacturing, site execution and final handover. We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of projects and coordinate designers, clients, suppliers, contractors and production teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to a high standard. THE ROLE You will be responsible for managing retail and commercial interior projects from initial brief to completion. Key responsibilities include: Lead projects from concept/design development through final handover
Understand client briefs, brand guidelines and commercial requirements
Develop and review concepts, layouts, 3D presentations and design proposals
Prepare and manage BOQs, costing, quotations and commercial closures
Coordinate procurement, materials, suppliers and manufacturing
Work closely with internal production and external contractors
Manage site execution, programme, quality and installation
Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Identify potential problems early and implement preventive solutions
Monitor project budgets, timelines and variations
Conduct site inspections and coordinate rectification/snags
Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to approved design
Coordinate final handover and financial/project closure
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone with strong practical experience in retail interiors and fit-outs , rather than someone whose experience is limited to design alone. You should have: 8+ years of relevant experience in retail design, interior fit-out, project management or design & build
Proven experience managing projects from design to execution
Strong understanding of retail interiors, fixtures, millwork and construction
Experience with BOQs, costing, procurement and vendor management
Strong project planning and programme management skills
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Strong coordination skills across designers, contractors, suppliers and clients
Commercial awareness and cost-control ability
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong communication and client-management skills
Willingness to be hands-on with site and project execution
YOUR ADVANTAGE Experience working with fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, hospitality, luxury or branded retail environments will be highly valued. Experience with multi-location rollouts, fixtures, furniture, millwork and manufacturing will be an added advantage.
