To strengthen our team at the location in 1210 Wien, we are looking for a motivated and organized 1 Customer Care employee (m/f/d) in WIEN for the earliest possible start.

YOUR TASKS - YOU ENJOY:

• Creation and elaboration of calculations, concepts, and quotations in the area of Facility Management
• Maintenance and preparation of relevant calculation data
• Coordination and communication with external partners
• Close cooperation with internal departments
• Analysis of costs and continuous optimization of calculations
• Support with the quotation strategy and pricing

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, HTL, studies)
• Several years of professional experience in calculation, ideally in the Facility Management or construction/building technology sector
• Very good MS-Office knowledge and IT affinity
• English skills
• Further language skills such as Serbo-Croatian, Turkish, or Romanian are an advantage
• Technical understanding and affinity for numbers
• Resilience, flexibility
• Independent and structured way of working
