We are looking for you as a Visiting Consultant Sustainability at the earliest possible date. The Silvester Group acts as a specialized management consultancy and communication service provider at the board and first management level of large European corporations, as well as for medium-sized companies and start-ups. You will be part of our internal and external project teams and actively accompany our projects in sustainable corporate development and communication.

You will support our consulting team in ESG and strategy work for our corporate clients and actively participate in the communication-strategic preparation of corporate publications (e.g., Sustainability-Reports according to CSRD/ESRS or other standards).

You will assist in conducting materiality analyses, developing sustainability strategies, and processing rating inquiries (e.g., Sustainalytics, MSCI, EcoVadis).

What You Bring You have already completed at least 3 semesters of a business administration degree (preferably with a focus on sustainability) and are an enrolled student.

You convince through above-average performance and high commitment.

You are interested in economic contexts and want to improve your skills in this field.

You complete tasks in a solution-oriented, independent, and efficient manner.

You bring good knowledge of MS-Office.

You are flexible, think entrepreneurially, and have very good English skills.

The start of the internship is basically possible at any time. The duration of the internship should span 2 to 6 months.
