Job Summary
Lead the design and architecture of Pega solutions, driving technical discussions and optimizing performance to deliver robust enterprise applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practices and seamless integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect Pega Platform/PRPC solutions to meet enterprise application requirements.
- Develop and implement case management workflows and application architectures using Pega.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange.
- Optimize Pega solutions for performance and scalability following best practices.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions to guide development teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and align technical solutions with business needs.
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in Pega development and architecture.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Pega integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, workflows, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Pega best practices, performance optimization, and solution design.
- Proven ability to lead technical design, development, and architecture discussions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
