Requirements
- 3–5 years of contact-centre development experience, including 2+ years in Amazon Connect.
- Hands-on experience with contact flows, routing, Contact Lens, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Experience with Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification is preferred.
