Requirements
- 10+ years of Cisco Collaboration experience, including 5+ years in CUCM and UCCX 12.x support and administration.
- Expertise in ISR voice gateways, ISDN PRI/SIP trunking, dial plans, CUBE, and VMware-hosted Cisco servers.
- Lead 24x7 incident management and legacy-to-cloud contact-centre migrations and cutovers.
- CCNP Collaboration required; CCIE Collaboration preferred.
