Non Linear Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit daily news, features, and documentaries using non-linear tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to source and integrate creative assets.
• Enhance content with graphics, effects, and sound to meet editorial goals.
• Ensure technical quality, platform-specific formatting, and proper archiving.
• Uphold brand standards, support live/recorded content, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• Proficient in non-linear editing software, post-production workflows, and broadcast/streaming standards.
• Strong visual storytelling and sound design skills paired with creative and technical judgment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, collaborative, and multi-tasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable of and compliant with NBC editorial regulations and brand standards.
• Adaptable and solution-oriented in managing multiple projects and technical challenges.
