Kods AI - Sr Fullstack Engineer (AI Native)

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Kods.AI https://kods.ai we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a product mindset, passionate about building high-quality software and who uses artificial intelligence tools as part of their daily development workflow.

We want to add someone who can move comfortably from frontend to infrastructure, designing scalable architectures and participating in all stages of development. More than someone who simply programs, we are looking for a person capable of solving complex problems using the best available tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Participate in software architecture design.
• Implement and deploy cloud-native services.
• Work alongside the engineering and business teams to turn ideas into features.
• Integrate AI models, conversational agents, and generative AI solutions within the products.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
• Automate processes through AI and modern development tools.
• Participate in code reviews and define engineering best practices.

EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS

AI

• Advanced and daily use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience using tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar as part of the programming workflow.
• Ability to generate, review, refactor, and accelerate development through AI.

Backend

• Solid experience with one of the following languages: ○ Python ○ TypeScript ○ Go (Golang)
• Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL API design.
• Microservices-based architecture.

Databases

• Experience working with: Relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of: Data modeling, Query optimization, Indexing, Migrations

Cloud & Infrastructure

Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms. Ideally:

• AWS
• DigitalOcean

Knowledge of:

• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Knative
• AWS Lambda
• Serverless
• Basic Networking
• Load balancers
• CI/CD

Artificial Intelligence

Experience or knowledge in:

• Generative AI
• LLMs
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents
• Conversational agents
• Integration with language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or others)
• Modern protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent orchestration tools (for example, LangGraph or similar) are a plus.
