*Job Summary*

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our maintenance team at SilverStar Ski Resort Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across the resort?s facilities. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding recreational experiences.

Wage range depends on level and experience.

*Responsibilities*

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute electrical installations and repairs accurately.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including low voltage wiring, power distribution, lighting, and control panels.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform routine maintenance, renovations, and upgrades on electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues in industrial settings using schematics and technical manuals, then implement effective solutions.
• Work on construction projects involving new electrical installations or renovations of existing facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated systems within the resort?s infrastructure.
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or failures, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

*Skills*

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical systems.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong understanding of low voltage wiring and control systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Construction experience with electrical installations during renovation or new build projects.
• Ability to perform handyman tasks related to electrical repairs or upgrades across diverse environments.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations governing electrical work in industrial settings.
