Mental health Intervention & Response Advocate

Job Role Assist in running of targeted outreach and cognitive stimulation activities Support initial assessment of walk-ins & referral cases, follow-up with intervention plans for clients as per the prescribed care plan and under guidance from the Team Lead or Assistant Team Lead (in Team Lead's absence) Support in monitoring the Clients’ conditions and progress, and escalate to Team Lead or Assistant Team Lead Requirement Diploma in relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, counselling) Basic computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word) Read & write emails Work Experience Has minimum of 2 years of healthcare/ community care experience Benefits after confirmation 4 days' work week AWS Performance bonus Dental and medical benefits Training budget Birthday leave Other Details Working hours are 9am - 5pm Staff might have to help out after working hours and weekends at times Peak period is Oct due to World Mental Health Day events
