The company Silver Cloud Air is a German charter airline headquartered in Speyer, Rhineland-Palatinate. The company was founded in 1982 and has steadily expanded its own aircraft fleet since then.

With our Cessna Citation Jet and Citation Jet 3, we operate Business Aviation and private flights throughout Europe and, with our Cessna Citation XLS / XLS+, can even carry out flights beyond Europe to North Africa.

To support our team, we are looking for an employee (f/m/d) Operations & Ground Handling in part-time (30 hours / week) with the option for full-time. The position is initially limited to one year with the option of transitioning into a permanent employment relationship.

Your area of responsibility

• Support in operational flight planning and execution
• Coordination of flight operations processes (e.g., handlings, catering, flight orders)
• Processing of handling inquiries and planning of aircraft turnaround
• Support in the care, refueling, as well as boarding and disembarking of aircraft
• Execution of simple cleaning and service activities on the aircraft
• Organization and administration of the catering and material warehouse
• General administrative activities in the area of Operations and Ground Handling

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
• Interest in aviation as well as a quick grasp of new concepts
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and resilience
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Class B driver's license
• Initial experience in the area of Operations, Dispatch, or Ground Handling is an advantage, but not a requirement.
