JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to the assembly activity and working in close collaboration with the Integration Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and developing internal expert trainers.
- On a daily basis, your various missions are as follows:
- Design, formalize, and optimize training processes and pathways by developing pedagogical content adapted to operational needs.
- Conduct training sessions at production stations (assembly) and evaluate employee skills.
- Support skill development and the growth of versatility by adapting pedagogical methods to different profiles.
- Ensure follow-up and measure the effectiveness of training actions using performance indicators, then propose improvement actions.
- Conduct pedagogical monitoring and integrate new methods, tools, and technologies to improve training systems.
- Guarantee the proper functioning and updating of training tools and supports (versatility matrices, operating ranges, work instructions, job descriptions, risk analyses).
- Support subsidiaries and various departments in the deployment of best practices, the harmonization of training methods, and the use of associated tools.

REQUIRED PROFILE
- You master field animation and training techniques
- You have already worked in a production or assembly environment
- You are familiar with quality standards and continuous improvement methods (Lean, 5S, standardization)
- You have a professional level of English (reading, writing, speaking B2 minimum)

- Contract: CDI - 40h / week
- Salary: 27-32K € fixed depending on profile over 12 months
