Maintenance Manager - Textile Industry (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in Chavanoz and reporting to the Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement of the company's performance objectives. As a production manager, you will play a central role in the development and transformation of its industrial tool.

• Your missions are:
• Define and drive the site's maintenance strategy, by deploying an adapted policy of preventive, corrective and, if relevant, predictive maintenance in order to guarantee the reliability and availability of equipment.
• Manage a team of 6 people: 2 fluid / energy technicians, 2 methods and tooling technicians, 1 electrician / automatician and 1 mechanic
• Plan and coordinate maintenance interventions, by organizing internal teams and external service providers and prioritizing actions according to urgency and production stakes.
• Manage the department's budgets, notably the maintenance budget and OPEX, by ensuring the monitoring and optimization of costs related to spare parts, labor and subcontracting.
• Drive performance and continuous improvement, through the monitoring of key indicators (failure rate, MTBF, MTTR, energy, etc.) in order to improve equipment reliability and the performance of manufacturing processes.
• Manage spare parts and service providers, by guaranteeing the availability of critical parts, controlling stocks and ensuring the identification, consultation, analysis and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Drive and participate in industrial projects, notably the installation of new equipment, investment projects and improvement actions for production lines.
• Supervise the monitoring and traceability of maintenance activities, notably via GMAO, by analyzing and validating intervention reports, while participating in daily operational meetings.

SEARCHED PROFILE

• You hold a degree (minimum bac +2) in the field of maintenance, process engineering or production
• You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position
• You hold electrical authorizations
• You have technical English
