Infrastructure Manager - Industrial Group (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting directly to the Group CIO, your missions will be:
• Management of a team of approximately 6 direct reports (infrastructure) and approximately 8 indirect reports (IT support, managed by a Support Manager)
• Design and implement the group's IT infrastructure, particularly in the context of external growth operations
• Define and drive the infrastructure strategy as well as the associated budget
• Monitor ongoing projects and schedules (migration to the cloud, deployment of collaborative tools, network architecture redesign)
• Ensure exchanges with the entire IT department and monitor the reporting of the Support Manager
• Manage and coordinate external service providers
• Guarantee the performance, security, and availability of the information system infrastructure

Technologies: Windows, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, Réseaux.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Approximately 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in an Infrastructure Manager position
• Proven managerial experience, with supervision of at least 4 people
• Good mastery of hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud and on-premise)
• Experience in managing cross-functional IT projects and managing service providers
• Good level of English, allowing for exchanges with service providers and an international executive committee
