Application Manager - Distribution (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Information Systems Department in Évry-Courcouronnes, you will join a team composed of 7 employees. On a daily basis, your role will consist of ensuring the proper monitoring of business applications (15), including Salesforce, which represents a large portion:

• Lead and coordinate application projects with Project Managers from the Finance, Human Resources, and Sales departments.
• Monitor developments, compliance, security, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure the monitoring of incidents, evolutions, and priorities, particularly for Salesforce (50% of the time), where you will act as a referent and facilitator. You will challenge teams regarding the tool.
• Collaborate with support teams and suppliers to ensure service and manage contracts.
• Optimize business processes, data quality, and contribute to automation via RPA.
• Participate in the deployment of Group tools and standardize applications.

REQUIRED PROFILE

You have at least 5 years of experience in application project management. During your experience, you have already worked within a SAP ecosystem. You have already worked on Salesforce projects. English is necessary, as some interlocutors at headquarters are English-speaking.
