Management Controller Manager - Industry 2.0 (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the DAF, you will join an international team of 5 people. Your role is to implement and coordinate the management strategy with the subsidiaries.
• You will work on the following projects:
• The strategic definition and implementation of the management control plan for the 4 international subsidiaries
• The steering of management control (3-year plan), margins, and the profitability of the group's various activities (P&L, Capex, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Transversal management and technical support for your counterparts in other subsidiaries
• The implementation and monitoring of profitability indicators for technical services
• The control of cash flow and contractual deadlines
• You will be required to travel internationally for up to 10% of your time.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in the field of accounting, finance, or management control
• You have 5 years of experience in management control within the industry, with a multi-site / subsidiary vision
• You have a good level of English: daily exchanges with internal and external partners

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Location: Le Havre (76)
• Contract: CDI
• Salary: Up to 55K€ depending on profile
• Bonuses (TR, individual, profit sharing): 2 to 3K€
• Teleworking: 1 day per week possible
