Audit Manager - Independent Audit Firm (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the partners, you will act as a technical referent for the teams and participate in the structuring of the firm.

You will take charge of the most complex files while contributing to the development of employees and the improvement of working methods.

Your main missions:

• Supervise all audit missions entrusted to your team
• Ensure the final review of sensitive and complex files
• Support the partners in managing key accounts
• Advise clients on specific financial issues
• Participate in Transaction Services and valuation missions
• Supervise, train, and develop employees
• Participate in the recruitment and integration of new arrivals
• Contribute to the structuring and development of the firm

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 8 years of experience in external audit
• Recognized expertise in consolidated accounts
• Proven experience in team management
• Leadership and business vision
• Proficiency in English is necessary
