Lead back-end Java - Pharmaceutical Domain (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within its DSI / digital department, you will contribute to the group's digital transformation through development projects for B2B/B2C tools.

As a Lead Back-End Java, you will be the back-end technical referent within a team of 15 people. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Define, design, and evolve the back-end architecture of the group's applications
• Act as the guarantor of technical consistency, code quality, and maintainability
• Provide technical support to Java / Spring Boot developers (code reviews, coaching, pair programming)
• Participate in technological choices (tools, frameworks, microservices, cloud)
• Write architecture documents, best practices, and coding guides
• Collaborate closely with the front lead, UX / UI, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Propose optimizations, modernizations, and technical innovations within the SI
• The projects you will work on may cover:
• Extranet for healthcare professionals (orders, rights management, data exchange)
• Internal training / e-learning tools
• Prescription assistance or medical information modules
• Technological environment: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API REST, event-driven, Azure, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Terraform, Datadog.

SEARCH PROFILE

• Ideally, you have 10 years of experience in Java / Spring Boot development
• You have already held a role as a Technical Lead, architect, or back-end referent
• You are comfortable in English
