Systems Engineer - Biopharmaceutical (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within an IT team composed of 4 people (1 Cybersecurity Engineer, 1 Sage X3 Project Manager, 1 Database Administrator, and 1 Helpdesk Technician), you will be responsible for the administration and management of the IT environment, while providing technical support to users.

Your main missions:

• Administration and operation of the IT infrastructure: management of hybrid environments (On-Premise / AWS), administration of Windows and Linux servers, and maintaining infrastructures in operational conditions.
• Support and user environment: level 2/3 technical support, supervision of the Helpdesk, administration of Microsoft 365, mobile telephony management, and optimization of support processes.
• IT project management: participation in the deployment of the ERP, integration of new application and cybersecurity solutions, and contribution to the evolution of the ITSM tool (GLPI).
• Service management and coordination: administration of the IT fleet, management of external service providers, and close collaboration with the DSI to support infrastructure projects.

REQUIRED PROFILE

You have at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator with skills in user support and the administration and deployment of workstations in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Cloud AWS environments, as well as fluent English.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Contract: CDI – Final Client
• Salary: €50,000 to €55,000 gross annual depending on profile.
