About the company

You will join a sub-team of 4 developers, within a stable collective composed of 10 internal developers and 2 freelancers. The team mixes technical pillars present since the beginning and more junior profiles.

Your tasks

Your major projects E-commerce Evolutions and Features: Working on the user journey to streamline the cross-selling of new complementary products (beyond flowers), integrating analytics tracking/search bots functionalities, and optimizing the conversion funnel (delivery systems based on addresses, management of new payment methods).

Customer Engagement: Integrating Trustpilot feedback and comments and participating in the creation of the brand new global loyalty program.

***Quality and R&D ('Tech Fridays'): Every Friday, the team steps away from business constraints to gain perspective: refactoring, package upgrades, tooling improvement, and peer-reviewing.

Technological environment: GraphQL, C# (.NET 7), NodeJS, TypeScript, Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Event-driven architecture, DDD, Micro-services, API-first.

What we offer

A very attractive financial package: A fixed salary of 46-47K€ complemented by a guaranteed annual bonus of 3,000€ (10% collective / 90% individual paid in January) and an exceptional profit-sharing system representing approximately 22% of the annual gross salary, bringing the global total between 58K€ and 60K€. ⟧
