Electronic Systems Industrialization Engineer (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Production Director, you will join the Industrialization – NPI (New Product Introduction) team, composed of an Industrialization Batch Manager specialized in EMS. You will work in collaboration with the R&D team composed of 6 engineers and the production team composed of 10 production technicians.

• Your main missions will be:

• Industrialization and NPI (70% of your main missions):
• Lead the industrialization phase: transfer from the Design Office to production.
• Define and structure manufacturing processes, standards, and ranges.
• Write manufacturing files.
• Perform prototyping and pre-series runs, in close connection with R&D and production.
• Ensure industrial validation (field feedback and continuous improvement).
• Diagnose assembly problems and propose concrete solutions.

• Technical and field work (30% of your main missions):
• Perform electronic assembly during the prototyping phase: electronic boards, controllers, and sub-assemblies.
• Assemble motherboards integrating mechanics.
• Perform tests and measurements with measuring devices.
• Read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have a Master's degree (Bac + 5) and at least 5 years of experience as an industrialization engineer. (Excluding internships and work-study programs)
• You were previously an electronics engineer, or worked in the electronics sector.
• For exchanges with English-speaking suppliers and customers, you are proficient in written and spoken English.
• Defense clearance is mandatory for this position.
