Operations Director - Ventilation Components (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the General Management, your role is to drive the transformation and operational performance of the company by optimizing internal processes and building an integrated supply chain. The challenge is to streamline the entire value chain, from procurement to the final customer, to sustainably strengthen the company's efficiency, quality, and profitability. On a daily basis, your missions are:

• Define and deploy the operational strategy in line with the objectives of the General Management and contribute to the company's strategic vision.
• Drive operational performance by supervising daily activities, setting clear objectives, and ensuring their achievement.
• Optimize internal processes and the supply chain to improve the efficiency, profitability, and fluidity of the value chain, up to the final customer.
• Lead a continuous improvement approach aimed at strengthening the quality, productivity, and performance of processes, while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Ensure coordination between different departments - purchasing, procurement, logistics, production, quality, sales, and design office - in order to foster synergy, communication, and collective efficiency.
• Optimize the allocation of human, financial, and material resources according to operational priorities and requirements.
• Monitor and analyze performance through regular indicators, reports, and analyses, in order to measure results, identify gaps, and implement necessary corrective actions.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) or an engineering degree in an industrial field: management, logistics, production, etc.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• You possess a global vision of the company (macro, micro, meso)
• You have a professional level of English
