Transport & Customs Coordinator M/F

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your project consists of ensuring the smooth running of shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of logistical performance.

On a daily basis, your various missions are as follows:

• Manage shipments and logistical documentation, in compliance with customs regulations and customer requirements.
• Manage relations with carriers (UPS, DHL, etc.): orders, tracking, follow-ups, and resolution of delivery issues.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by analyzing quality feedback and ensuring communication adapted to their needs.
• Ensure regulatory and customs monitoring in order to secure international flows and operations.
• Optimize internal and external logistical flows, both physical and digital, by proposing improvements and standardizing best practices.
• Support the growth of NICOMATIC by leading improvement and transformation projects for the logistical organization.
• Coordinate and support the logistical teams (approximately 20 people divided into 3 hubs: receiving, shipping, and warehouse), within a culture of autonomy and responsibility.

In addition, you provide support to the Supply Chain teams on operational activities (shipments, inventories, flow management), ensure the proper functioning of work tools, and contribute to compliance with safety rules within your scope.

SEARCHED PROFILE

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You master logistical flow methods
• You know Incoterms
• You have a professional level of English (reading, writing, speaking)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Location: Bons-en-Chablais (74)
• Contract: CDI - 40h / week
• Salary: €42K fixed depending on profile over 12 months + bonuses (€8-10K)
