SuccessFactors HRIS Project Manager - Industrial Group (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the headquarters HR team and working in connection with IT teams, business users, and external partners, you will primarily work on the RUN of SuccessFactors, while participating in HRIS evolutions and projects.

You will play a central role in the proper functioning of the solution and in its continuous improvement on a group-wide scale.

Your main missions:

• Provide level 1 and 2 functional support to users;
• Analyze and process incidents and evolution requests;
• Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors, particularly regarding employee data;
• Produce and evolve HR KPIs and reporting;
• Manage access, authorizations, and data controls;
• Ensure the monitoring of interfaces with other HR tools;
• Coordinate exchanges between users, internal teams, and the integrator;
• Support users through the evolution of tools and processes;
• Design and update training materials and support users;
• Participate in SuccessFactors evolution and improvement projects.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have at least 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or project management
• You must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across several modules
• Expertise in Employee Central is particularly sought after
• You have an English level that allows you to communicate with international interlocutors and understand technical vocabulary

• Salary: 40-60k€ depending on profile
