Salesforce Administrator - Industrial Company (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your role will be to ensure the proper functioning and evolution of the Salesforce platform, while supporting users in its adoption.

You will work within a rich functional scope around Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the upcoming deployment of new features, notably Field Service.

You will also participate in future projects to integrate AI into Salesforce, particularly on topics involving intelligent agents.

Your main missions:

• Administer and evolve Salesforce according to user needs;
• Analyze and process requests and incidents related to the platform;
• Support users in their skill development and onboarding;
• Collect business needs and propose suitable solutions in Salesforce;
• Participate in the deployment of new features and the continuous improvement of the platform;
• Understand and monitor data flows between Salesforce and other IS applications, notably SAP;
• Coordinate interventions from internal teams and external service providers;
• Participate in projects to integrate AI solutions into Salesforce;
• Contribute to the experimentation, configuration, and improvement of Salesforce agents;
• Maintain a watch on Salesforce evolutions and the new possibilities offered by AI.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have at least 3 years of experience on Salesforce, ideally in platform administration and governance functions.
• You master the main Salesforce functionalities and are able to perform configurations and evolutions yourself.
• Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience on topics related to AI, particularly around the training or optimization of agents.
• You have a good level of English, both spoken and written, to communicate with international users and teams.

• Salary: 45-50 K€ fixed depending on profile
