Description: Silken Hoteles selects a RECEPTIONIST for Salamanca. Functions: Perform the reception of customers and all related tasks. Execute customer service duties at the reception. Perform management related to the occupancy and sale of rooms. Perform billing and collection duties. Receive, process, and direct customer complaints to the corresponding services. Perform administrative work. Transfer telephone calls, correspondence, and messages. Requirements: Minimum studies: Degree in Tourism or similar. Minimum experience: 2 years. Experience within the Reception Department in 4* hotels will be valued. Languages: advanced English. French and/or German will be valued. Knowledge of the Ulyses Cloud program.
