TOURIST ACCOMMODATION BOOKING MANAGER
Qubo Villas is looking for an experienced business partner to independently manage the booking and sales of tourist accommodation.
We are looking for a person who wants to actively participate in the business, take responsibility for reservations and sales results, and develop the business together with the existing owner.
Previous experience in independently managing tourist accommodation bookings is a mandatory requirement.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Independent management of bookings and reservations for accommodation properties. • Management of sales channels Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms. • Working in a channel manager and managing availability, prices, and booking conditions. • Adjusting prices and sales strategy according to demand and seasonality. • Processing inquiries, creating offers, and realizing direct bookings. • Communication with guests and property owners. • Coordination with the operational team. • Monitoring occupancy, revenue, and sales results. • Active participation in improving services and business development.
REQUIREMENTS: • Mandatory experience in roles involving independent management of tourist accommodation booking and sales. • Knowledge of Booking.com and Airbnb platforms and experience working in a channel manager. • Active knowledge of English in speaking and writing, knowledge of German is a plus. • Developed organizational, communication, and sales skills. • Independence, responsibility, and readiness to take initiative. • Understanding of revenue, occupancy, and pricing management.
