Job Summary:
The position of Inland Operations Specialist aims to: comprehensively manage and coordinate land transportation services for internal and external clients, ensuring their correct execution, monitoring, and traceability from the quotation to the administrative and financial closing of each operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to and manage land transportation requests from internal and external clients.
- Quote land transportation services according to client needs.
- Analyze and select transportation alternatives and providers.
- Monitor operations and provide updated tracking to clients.
- Provide logistical advice and recommendations to clients.
- Follow up on accounts payable to providers.
- Follow up on the collection of managed services.
- Prepare and maintain the updated SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for each client.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Logística or related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in land transportation operations, freight forwarding, international logistics, transportation coordination, logistics customer service, or related areas.
Knowledge in:
- National and international land transportation operation.
- LCL and FCL services.
- Local and long-distance transportation.
- Border crossings and international transportation.
- Import and export processes related to land operations.
- Management and monitoring of transportation providers.
Languages: Conversational English (oral and written)
