Tech Lead / Lead Developer Full-stack (M/F)

Siko Mobility is a fintech specializing in vehicle financing brokerage. We develop a platform that connects merchants, individuals, and financing organizations, and automates the entire financing journey.

As part of the structuring of our technical team, we are looking for a Tech Lead / Lead Developer Full-stack.

Reporting to the General Management and the CPTO, you are the company's technical referent and manage the development team.

YOUR MISSIONS

Architecture and development

• Define and implement the software architecture of the platform
• Develop back-end features (PHP/Symfony, Python) and front-end features (JavaScript/React)
• Integrate and maintain partner APIs, particularly banking and financial ones
• Contribute to the definition of the technical roadmap with the CPO

Infrastructure and production

• Administer the infrastructure and manage the DevOps pipeline (Docker, CI/CD)
• Ensure monitoring, production supervision, and incident management
• Guarantee the security of applications and infrastructure, and GDPR compliance

Management and quality

• Perform code reviews and disseminate best practices
• Support the skill development of the team's developers
• Structure technical documentation and development processes
• Ensure the technical interface with external partners

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

PHP/Symfony, Python, JavaScript/React, PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD, API REST, Git/GitHub.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Permanent contract (CDI), executive status, 35h per week, daytime work
• Premises located in Paris 15e
• Partial teleworking possible
• Human-sized tech team, high autonomy and direct impact on the product

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in full-stack development, including experience in technical team management
• Mastery of a back-end framework (Symfony or equivalent) and a front-end framework (React or equivalent)
• Good practice with Docker and continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Technical English
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, team spirit, and the ability to organize work according to priorities
