Supply Chain Coordinator

With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.20 billion in 2025. We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Details of the job as follows:

• Perform purchasing function and follow up with vendors on deliveries
• Develop, document, and maintain procedures and processes to ensure efficiency
• Provide co-ordination/support on inventory and logistics matters
• Administration support to inventory and shipping department
• Track reorder points, safety stock, and lead times
• Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Prepare inventory reports (aging stock, slow-moving, obsolete items)
• Highlight risks such as excess stock, expiry, or write-off risk
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery process by liaising with customers, warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, manage logistics documentation, and communicate updates to customers while maintaining service levels and delivery commitments.
