About the company
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a team building a large ServiceNow platform for an international financial organization. This project involves multiple interconnected modules and requires collaboration with an Architect on technical decisions. You will be responsible for the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions in your assigned stream, implementing requirements and user stories prepared in conjunction with Business Analysts.
Your tasks
- Developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions in the assigned stream
- Collaborating with the Architect on technical decisions, and implementing requirements and user stories prepared in collaboration with Business Analysts
- Configuring processes, workflows, and automations
- Enhancing solutions and integrations within the platform
- Analyzing technical issues and preparing solutions
- Participating in code and solution reviews
- Ensuring quality, maintainability, and compliance of the solution with platform standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM or IRM/GRC modules
- Proven experience in Risk assessment and Third-Party Risk Management
- Solid understanding of Privacy regulations and practices
- Experience with larger platforms rather than just maintaining single modules
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, scripting, and enterprise integrations
- Fluent Polish and English and residency in Poland
Must have: IT Service Management (ITSM), CSM, Risk assessment, Third-Party Risk Management TPRM, Privacy, IRM module, GRC, ServiceNow
Other
The role includes occasional office visits in Warsaw, at least one day a week.
