AI/ML Tech Lead (f/m/x)

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our innovative team focused on agent engineering. In this remote role, you will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects and lead a talented group of AI/ML engineers. You will take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development, integrate AgentCore and LangGraph, and build the execution framework while ensuring consistent implementation of agent patterns across the organization. • Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects
• Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph
• Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews
• Support the debugging of complex agent states and execution flows

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland
