FORMULATION CHEMISTRY ENGINEER (M/F)
SIGNS Labs is still a young, rapidly expanding company, born from the development of the activities of our research institute, IRSEA. This company is dedicated to the development and commercialization of products whose active ingredients are pheromone analogues or other semiochemicals. SIGNS LABS is the only laboratory in the world whose products are all semiochemicals, and it is also the only one offering such products targeting both invertebrates and vertebrates, including humans. It is in this spirit and in a context of innovative, dynamic research and development with full international growth that SIGNS Labs is recruiting its future Formulation Chemistry Engineer M/F.
What you will do with us: -Scientific projects and trials: -You will write and/or implement formulation development protocols -You will update the Electronic Laboratory Notebook -You will process analyses, interpret results, and write reports and draft specifications -You will assist the analytical chemistry unit, product managers, and the purchasing/logistics department in choosing the most suitable raw materials, packaging, and analytical methods for the development of new products, and for monitoring their stability and efficacy -You will participate in team meetings related to the progress of the various product development phases
-Supplier relations: -You will act as a liaison with suppliers, place orders, check the receipt of goods, validate invoices, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment (maintenance, annual inspection)
-Relations with other group departments: -You will participate in the quality control of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products for market release. You will participate in drafting specifications for industrial production launch and the washing of intermediate product storage drums for reuse -You will assist in drafting reports or technical data sheets to support intellectual property, product market launch, or the company's financial activity

Mutual insurance and provident fund (65% funded by the employer). Work clothes provided. Gym. Coffee and tea provided, and breakfast offered on Mondays.
Your soft skills: -Solid experience in the cosmetic field, for formulations such as emulsions, mists, gels, creams, shampoos -Good ability to work in a team with adaptability to changes in work pace (peak periods) -Good command of English
