Position Summary The buyer is responsible for purchasing raw materials, supplies, tools, and consumables to maintain operational continuity, ensuring quality, competitive cost, and timely fulfillment. This function involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, managing purchase orders, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality products at the best prices, contributing to the development of new suppliers or the improvement of raw materials. They collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and ensure that acquisitions align with organizational objectives and compliance with company policies. Main Activities Ensure the timely supply of raw materials, supplies, tools, and consumables. Seek the most competitive alternatives for raw materials and supplies that meet specifications and quality requirements. Control of plant supply inventories; this includes all raw materials for the different production lines. Purchasing from foreign and local suppliers of production supplies; The purchasing process includes requesting quotes, validating prices, placing purchase orders, and shipment tracking. Validation of the documents necessary for the correct reception of materials. Support in the preparation of reports such as MOH and materials in transit. Participation in continuous improvement projects for inventory control of material availability based on sales projections. Issuance of monthly reports: inventories, backlog, and backorder.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Administration, Global Business, or related field. Experience: +3 years in a similar position. Proficiency in MS Office. ERP System Purchasing policies and administrative requirements Advanced English
