Mid-Level Foreign Trade Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders;
• Import and export of machinery, parts and pieces, consumables, and raw materials;

• Monitor Import processes from the sending of the order to the supplier until the material enters the factory;
• Verification of documents pertaining to Import;

• Monitor Export processes from the receipt of the order until the shipment of the cargo;
• Preparation of documents pertaining to Export;

• Perform payment routines for cash and other expenses of the Import and Export processes;
• Maintain contact with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and service providers for documentation and operational procedures;

• Monitor the recording of expense closures for Import and Export processes;
• Verification and analysis of operational expenses ensuring a competitive cost;

• Follow up on Import and Export processes;
• Inform the respective requesters regarding the delivery of requested materials to Signode;

• Back Orders administration;
• Warranty administration;

• Administration of supplier price lists;
• Management of area process files.

Completed Higher Education Foreign Trade or Business Administration (with emphasis on Foreign Trade) or Logistics (with emphasis on Foreign Trade) or International Relations. Knowledge and Skills: IT (Office package) English is indispensable (advanced) 2 years of experience is indispensable Behavioral Competencies (interpersonal skills): Resilience Flexibility Teamwork Proactivity Objectivity Ability to organize and prioritize demands.
