Tech Lead .NET / C# (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your missions:

• Lead technical design and standards (architecture, conventions, quality).
• Design and evolve APIs (REST) and batch/scheduled processing.
• Implement / enforce DDD and CQRS approaches when relevant (modeling, decomposition, projections).
• Drive performance topics (profiling, optimization, scalability, DB access, latency).
• Define standards: project structure, error handling, security, validations, tests, API versioning, documentation.
• Guarantee maintainability (clean architecture, modularity, controlled technical debt).
• Co-pilot OPS topics (with a senior dev): CI/CD, Kubernetes deployment (Helm), scaling strategy (HPA/VPA), monitoring/alerting.
• Drive technological watch (ASP.NET Core, .NET ecosystem, API design, observability).
• Lead the team: code reviews, mentoring, technical support, sharing best practices.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile:

• Significant experience in .NET backend on production products, with achievements from scratch.
• Solid expertise in API design, integrations, resilience (timeouts/retry/circuit breaker).
• Concrete experience with Kubernetes + monitoring in production.
• Ability to arbitrate, document, communicate, and grow a team.
• You are passionate, curious, invested in technological watch, and have a very good mindset.

You master:

• C# 12/13, .NET 8/9/10, ASP.NET Core, background processing (Workers/Jobs)
• SQL & NoSQL (depending on context), ORM (EF Core)
• CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Azure or AWS
• Observability: metrics/logs/traces (APM, OpenTelemetry), dashboards and alerting
• English
