Tech Lead Java / Spring Boot (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Tech Lead Java / Spring Boot, your main missions are:

• Carrying the technical design of services (architecture, patterns, conventions, quality).
• Framing and enforcing a DDD / CQRS approach when relevant (modeling, decomposition, bounded contexts).
• Designing and evolving robust and observable APIs (REST) and batch processing (Spring Batch).
• Driving performance topics (profiling, optimization, JVM tuning, DB access, latencies).
• Supervising the team: code reviews, spreading best practices, mentoring.
• Defining standards: project structure, error handling, security, validations, tests, API versioning, documentation.
• Guaranteeing maintainability (clean architecture, modularity, controlled technical debt).
• Co-piloting OPS topics (with a senior dev): CI/CD, Kubernetes deployment (Helm), scaling strategy (HPA/VPA), monitoring/alerting.
• Driving technological watch (Java/Spring, API design, observability).

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile:

• Significant experience in Java/Spring backend on products built from scratch.
• Solid expertise in API design, integrations, resilience (timeouts/retry/circuit breaker).
• Concrete experience with Kubernetes + monitoring in production.
• Ability to arbitrate, document, communicate, and grow a team.

You master:

• Java 17/21, Spring Boot 4.1 (Spring Web, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud)
• SQL + NoSQL, potential caches
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), AWS or Azure cloud
• Observability: metrics/logs/traces (APM, OpenTelemetry), dashboards and alerting
• Oracle, Github
• Python, Git, Perl, Shell Unix are a plus
• English
