SAP PP Functional Consultant (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main missions:

• Needs analysis
• Functional design:
• Write detailed functional specifications related to production processes (PP).
• Define the necessary SAP configurations to meet business requirements.
• Design the flow architecture within the SAP tool.
• SAP PP parameterization and customizing:
• Configure SAP PP modules according to the validated specifications
• Adapt SAP functionalities to the company's internal processes.
• Testing and validation:
• Perform validation tests on the implemented configurations to ensure that the system works correctly and meets business requirements.
• Correct errors and adjust configurations if necessary.
• User training:
• Train end users and Key Users on the use of SAP PP.
• Create training materials adapted to different user profiles.
• Support and maintenance
• Project monitoring:
• Monitor project progress, ensure the quality of deliverables, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other SAP teams (technical, business, etc.) and participate in project follow-up meetings.
• Continuous improvement:
• Propose continuous improvements to processes by leveraging SAP PP capabilities.
• Analyze data in SAP to identify areas for improvement.
• Management and skill development:
• Support more junior consultants in their skill development
• Manage your PP functional team

PROFILE SOUGHT: We are looking for an SAP PP Expert with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position with the following skills:

• Confirmed SAP PP on S/4 HANA
• Integration of PP with other SAP modules
• Significant experience in team management: Team lead, Lead consultant, Stream lead, SAP Manager...
• English mandatory (read, spoken, and written)
• You have contributed to greenfield (build)/brownfield/roll out and/or TMA projects
• Significant experience in pre-sales is a plus
• For projects where defense clearance may be required
