Digital Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Digital Infrastructure Project Manager, with a technical background, to ensure the following missions:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Consolidate and evaluate user needs
• Formalize requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Plan the project and set up steering committees
• Manage the project deployment in compliance with the methodology defined within the DSI
• Ensure the transition to production
• Evaluate and implement the necessary means for operational exploitation

MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

• Identify the needs and skills required for their realization
• Build objectives, monitor their realization, and ensure the achievement of set objectives
• Participate in and lead progress tracking meetings for tasks
• Supervise activity monitoring
• Guarantee good communication and effective information relay to the DSI teams

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• The services delivered
• The functioning of the solutions made available to users
• The quality of service and user support assistance
• Compliance with response times for requests
• Compliance with deadline commitments
• Reporting activities to your Line Manager
• Compliance with the processes and standards of your domain

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• You have 15 years of IT experience, with a technical background in digital infrastructure
• Mastery of infrastructure and digital (Iaas, Pass, Gitlab, CI/CD, Terraform, AKS,...) and network (SDWan, LAN, Wifi...)
• Mastery of the ITIL methodology
• You have a very good knowledge of Azure (Azure certifications are a plus)
• You coordinate and present your projects to various stakeholders

• English B2 minimum, with a strong ability to facilitate and converse in international contexts
• Position based in Lyon, on-site presence 4 days/week
