BUSINESS MANAGER (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Qualification and monitoring of client needs via platforms and VMS.
• Analysis of IT and Engineering needs.
• Sourcing and qualification of consultants and partners.
• Steering missions from the request to the start.
• Guarantee of quality of service and reactivity.
• Development and loyalty of a client portfolio.
• Identification of new interlocutors and opportunities.
• Mapping and animation of strategic accounts.
• Promotion of Signe+ offers and expertise.
• Construction and monitoring of commercial action plans.
• Collaboration with internal teams to meet needs.
• Activity reporting and monitoring of performance indicators.
• Autonomous management and development of the assigned portfolio.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Required profile: - Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or an equivalent higher education program (Master's degree), ideally with a first commercial experience in the ESN, consulting, or professional services sector.

• You have a good understanding of the professional services environment and are able to grasp various technical needs, both in IT and Engineering.
• You are comfortable in a commercial environment where operational reactivity and account development are closely linked.
• You know how to manage multiple needs simultaneously, identify priorities, and quickly provide relevant responses to your clients.
• You enjoy the commercial development of existing accounts and know how to transform your knowledge of needs, interlocutors, and organizations into new opportunities.
• An entrepreneur at heart, you like to develop your activity, understand your clients, and transform identified opportunities into concrete business.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your analytical capacity, your reactivity, and your rigor.
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with different internal expertises to build the best response to your clients' needs.
• In a context where certain needs and consultant searches may be international, a good level of written and spoken English is necessary.
