RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the internalization of its IT infrastructure management and a strategic digital transition project, we are looking for a Windows/Linux Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Digital Workplace & Collaboration team, you will play a key role in maintaining service continuity, administering system environments, and supporting users in France and internationally. Your main missions:
- Provide local support, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux environments for employees at the Échirolles site.
- Take charge of, qualify, and resolve technical incidents in compliance with expected service levels.
- Perform remote support and diagnostics for the group's various European sites.
- Identify and analyze infrastructure anomalies using your knowledge of systems and networks.
- Ensure the monitoring, management, and traceability of incidents via the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Participate in writing and updating technical documentation and support procedures.
- Accompany users on a daily basis, particularly in an international context requiring regular exchanges in English.
- Actively contribute to the transition and recovery phase of activities related to the Digital Workplace.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With higher education in computer science specializing in systems and networks (Bac+2 to Bac+3), you have 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a Digital Workplace environment, acquired during an internship, apprenticeship, or a first job. Expected technical skills:
- Good mastery of the Linux environment.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 and Intune solutions.
- Basic knowledge of networks and systems for diagnosing incidents and infrastructure anomalies.
- Fluent professional English (C1 level) allowing for daily oral and written exchanges with international interlocutors.
- Experience with a ticketing tool, ideally ServiceNow, or more broadly within an ITSM environment, is an asset.
