Site Engineer

Site Execution & Technical Review: Execute on-site activities strictly according to approved structural/architectural drawings, project designs, and technical specifications. Review design drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to execution.

Site Supervision and Management: Oversee field execution, contractor workflows, and quality assurance protocols across active job sites.

Shop Drawings & Drafting: Prepare detailed, constructible shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts using CAD/BIM software.

Quality Assurance & Safety: Perform routine quality inspections, conduct material testing approvals, deliver constructive feedback to field teams, and maintain a safe, clear, and compliant work site.

Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily site progress against target specifications, schedules, and budgets. Prepare and submit daily site reports, logs, and progress updates.

Resource Management: Organize, track, and optimize material deliveries, equipment utilization, and labor forces on site.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and senior management to provide progress updates and address site inquiries.
